Tri Delta was founded by women for women, when our Founders bravely created a new organization that would “think more of a woman’s inner character than her outward appearance.” In Tri Delta, you are a unique and valuable part of the whole.

OUR 2026-2027 MEMBERSHIP DRIVE HAS BEGUN!
All Deltas are welcome at our events whether they pay dues or not, however we ask for your assistance to help with our chapter’s dues to Executive Office, Southern California Alumnae Council (SCAC), and the Panhellenic Alumnae South Bay Association (PASBA).

We also give regular philanthropic contributions to the Tri Delta Foundation (LMGW Graduate Scholarship Fund and Crescent Fund for emergency assistance), Sleighbell / Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for hematology & oncology research, SCAC Scholarship Fund, PASBA Scholarship Fund, and stock the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House pantry for families with children at Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach.

Thank you to everyone who has paid dues. Our membership numbers are very low, and while every Tri Delta is welcome to attend any of our events, your membership does help us with chapter programming and chapter philanthropy.

We are continuing with the Centralized Dues Process set up by National / Executive Office (EO). Yes, payments are still going through EO, but there are a few updates this year.

NEW DUES STRUCTURE / STEPS

NEW – NATIONAL DUES INCREASE: For everyone except Life Loyal, National Dues has increased from $33 to $35. And if you opt to upgrade to Silver or Gold, we do not receive any of these funds. ONLY if you choose South Bay as your local chapter, will we receive any funds or recognition that you are a member of our chapter.

1: National Dues are $35 for everyone
Note 1: if you are Life Loyal, then this fee is waived.
Note 2: We, South Bay Alumnae, do not receive any of the $35*, and you are not considered a member of our chapter by paying National Dues.

2: Upgrade National Dues Executive Office will also ask you if you want to upgrade to Silver or Gold membership (benefits will be listed)
Note: We, South Bay Alumnae, do not receive any of the fees if you choose to update your National Membership, and you are not considered a member of our chapter by paying these National Dues.

3: South Bay Alumnae Chapter Dues
To be considered a member of our South Bay Chapter, and to help us pay for our Chapter's obligations (as noted above), our local dues structure remains the same for 26-27:
Regular Member: $10
Golden Circle Members: $5
Life Loyal Members: $10
Note: Paying these fees means that you are member of our South Bay Alumnae Chapter, and our chapter receives these funds. And we really appreciate it!​

Dues are paid online via the My Tri Delta/Executive Office portal.

NEW, BUT OLD AGAIN – CHECK PAYMENTS! We can start taking check payments again! We can accept your checks, and then there is a new process for us to manage behind the scenes.​

NEW EO OUTREACH: In September, EO will send an email to all non-dues payers encouraging them to pay their Fraternity dues and join an alumnae chapter, so if you hadn’t paid yet through this centralized dues process, you should expect to receive this.

NEW DUES EXPIRATION – ROLLING MEMBERSHIP YEARS: Under the new centralized dues system, memberships remain active for one year from the date payment is received. For example, if you paid on Oct 15, 2025, you remain active through Oct 14, 2026, regardless of the fiscal year transition on August 1. Just so you know, this changes how we normally do our ‘Fall Membership Drive’ push.

NEW AUTO-RENEWAL OPTION: If you paid your dues online, you will have the option to auto-renew your dues. There is now a check box to opt-in to auto-renewal on the form where members select their alumnae chapter and Fraternity dues.
